Goa Trip – Terms & Conditions 1. Booking & Payment A non-refundable advance of 30–50% is required to confirm the booking. Full payment must be completed at least 3–7 days prior to the trip start date. Bookings are confirmed only after receipt of payment. 2. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation 15 days or more before the trip: Refund after deducting processing charges. Cancellation 7–14 days before the trip: 50% refund. Cancellation within 7 days of the trip: No refund. No refund will be provided for no-shows, unused services, or early departures. 3. Changes & Rescheduling Changes to travel dates are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. No changes will be entertained within 5 days of the trip.
